 There were predominantly smiles all round at Big Gun Racing this week after a satisfying weekend of competition at Winton Motor Raceway for Round Two of the 2010 Yokohama V8 Ute Series protected by Armor All.
Both Peter Burnitt and Brad Patton showed speed and consistency to record some of their best on-track performances since joining the series.
Patton led the second race of the weekend comprehensively, clocking up significant TV exposure for WICKED / CHILL and the associate Big Gun sponsors until the final lap when he made contact with second placed “Chucky” Baxter and spun the XR8 Falcon at the exit to the Esses.

Big Guns Racing
The Big Guns Racing Team doubled in driver numbers (from two to four), doubled their influence on the race event and recorded a career best finish in the process to close out what was a memorable start to the 2010 Yokohama V8 Ute Series protected by Armor All.
Brad “Packers” Patton recruited world-renowned Motorcycle daredevil Robbie “Mad Man” Maddison to steer the DC Clothing / Chill #14 XR8 and Peter “Gangsta” Burnitt claimed Kiwi superstar Chris “the Kid” Pither to assist with the CNW #4 Falcon
As it turns out, both combinations made distinct impressions of their own for many different reasons!
